With over 14 years of leadership experience at Continental AG, I built my career from a Management Trainee to Country Chief Operating Officer for Sri Lanka & Maldives. During my tenure, I held leadership roles across Germany, India, and Sri Lanka, gaining extensive international experience in strategy, operations, sales, and business transformation. I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and have further strengthened my leadership capabilities through executive management programs at IIM Bangalore and Hult Ashridge Executive Education (UK). Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and playing cricket.
